Frances Parker-Hale
Leadership in Educational Equity Fellow

Frances Parker-Hale is an 8th grade math teacher in Baltimore City Public Schools and she graduated recently from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Biology.

Prior to teaching, she worked as a consultant at the World Bank conducting data analysis and policy recommendations for the education systems of countries in Europe and Central Asia. She believes equitably-resourced and high-quality education is central to improving the welfare of children and families.
